MEDIUM HEAT …Time: 8 – 10 mins …Heat 1 TSP of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the mince into the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. …We recommend that all mince should be cooked thoroughly until the juice runs clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled.

Freezing: If freezing, place in a freezer-safe container and store at -18°C or lower.
For best quality, use within 5 days if refrigerated or 3 months if frozen. Avoid refreezing once thawed
